We help organizations in moments of change.

A consultancy that partners with leaders across industries to discern the change they seek in strategy, execution, and organizational culture — and then to implement that change.

We do this by bridging truth + beauty. Strategy + design. Business + humanity. Creativity + technology.

Using the power of imagination, storytelling, leadership, and culture, we help you bring lasting change to your people, your teams, your organization, and even society.

Our Approach

  1. Orient your people. Stabilize the core of the organization.

The questions we can help you answer

How will we communicate with our people and customers during important moments of change?

How will we ground ourselves in our core values to weather the storm and emerge stronger?

How can we deliver our value proposition when we’re all working remotely?

What could it look like?

Teams understand the current forces that influence their work and industry.

Teams see clearly how to build an internal culture that can adapt to the new normal. Alignment and trust increase.

Teams acquire tools and honed narratives that enable more powerful fundraising.

2.

Envision a future of new opportunities. Design the ways to deliver that future.

The questions we can help you answer

How do we evolve in a way that is uniquely us?

How will we evolve our current offerings in light of massive change? What new services can we imagine?

What new capabilities will we need to deliver on these new opportunities?

What could it look like?

You have honed your vision for the organization, clarified a strategy to support it, and have the values to live it.

You have invented new revenue streams and new ways to grow.

You have increased employee engagement through compelling programs and initiatives that are true to your organization.

3.

Deploy new thinking. Activate a resilient organization. Sustain growth and momentum.

The questions we can help you answer

How will we test ideas in a rapidly changing environment?

How will we institutionalize our capacity to adapt?

How will we prioritize our near term needs while keeping true to our long term vision?

What could it look like?

Your teams have embraced new methods, cadences, and culture to thrive in a post-crisis world.

Your people see and feel how their work connects to the larger vision of the organization.

You have achieved higher impact and profitability.

In this important moment, how will we renew ourselves? What will we bring with us? What will we leave behind?
